Any consumer makes a double payment or excess payment, the said excess payment shall be adjusted against the future Electricity Bills. Once payments are made, by the consumer, DISCOMs, namely TPWODL, TPNODL and TPSODL shall not refund the funds or cancel the payment unless, the consumer does not avail power supply from the DISCOMs. DISCOMs shall not pay any interest, charges, whatsoever for the said excess/double payment.
